the best one i have found is germoline, and it's not even really a spot cream, its for nappy rash etc.
but i have found if i put that on as soon as i get a really red spot it really helps to reduce the redness and get rid of it.

Ben and Jerry's chocolate moose will help you get pimples and oily skin if that's what you want. Food with lots of oil and grease will too.
