What are some ways to get rid of oily skin?

I have extremely oily skin which causes a lot of acne on my face.


I tried almost everything, as it seems, and nothing works for me!


I don't want to try ProActive or any real expensive treatment.





Also, if there is good coverup makeup that won't clog my pores.





Any type of suggestions would be really appreciated.What are some ways to get rid of oily skin?
A good way to get rid of oil really fast when you are out is to use toilet seat covers they are a kind of paper but feel a little bit like parchment paper. You just put it on your skin and let it soak the oil up. A good coverup would probably be Bare Minerals. Those are expensive but a very similiar one is physicicans formula . Both of these products are made with natural minerals and they do not clog pores. If you don't like powders try another coverup from Physicians Formula they are natural but all coverups are going to clog your pores a little except the mineral powders which is you best bet.What are some ways to get rid of oily skin?
i use a hot rag, and pan oxyl soap. it gets rid of my oily skin and leaves it soft and smooth and pop a couple pimples.


you can find pan oxyl soap in a navy blue box at walmart.


and i also use safeguard soap on my face and my body.


and, at night pull your hair up or use a headband, so oils from your hair don't make your skin oily.


if none of that works, go see a dermatoligist. about good face soap.

try clean and clear.their products are good .. i dont use cover up anymore when i used to i used neutriogena skin clearing makeup// it helped minimize the acne.... after you wash your face then put a little on the area that has the acne
If you don't moisturize then the skin will produce oil for natural moisture. Use an oil free one though. Wear talc on top of your make-up when your out.
